Due to the difference in size of orders, some orders may move onto a different status before others. We do work on various orders at once, but orders with a smaller quantity may sometimes be finished first. Larger orders do take us a bit more time to complete We will always try our best to get orders completed by their normal range of turnaround 7-10 business days, 7-14 business days for larger orders (400+), and 14 days+ for extremely large orders (1k+). If we are extremely busy and orders go past turnaround time, know we are still working on your order and our doing our best to get your order out to you.
