Shipping & Delivery
How much?
Shipping (USA ONLY at the moment), is flat rate $5 for orders under $80, all orders over $80 is free. Free shipping does not apply to rush shipping option. SAMPLES will have an option for FREE shipping at checkout, do not select this option for regular orders, if you do, your order will be refunded so you can select proper shipping at checkout.

Shipping options
USPS Ground Advantage (avg 2-5 business days) is our usual shipping method (orders through this method have a $100 insurance provided free by carrier, to use please file a claim here https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm). UPS is used for RUSH shipping, UPS 3-day select (insurance is not provided)
In-Person Pickup
We do offer in person pickup! The option will be available to select when picking your shipping option. The option will state where our next pickup location will be (usually a convention event). If we do not have any events planned, the option will not be available.

Tracking
All shipping (excluding samples) will have tracking, tracking numbers will be emailed to you once tracking number is available.

Rush Delivery
We offer a rush delivery option for all orders, which is $30. This option uses, UPS 3 Day Select, as the shipping provider.

Insurance
Only our USPS ground advantage shipping has insurance, $100 free insurance provided by carrier, if ever you need to make a claim through USPS please go here https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Once your order is shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of Sticker Birbs to handle. If anything happens to your order during shipment process, lost, damaged, late, or missed pickup by yourself, it is up to you to contact shipping provider and discuss said issues with them, and include tracking number.
