I ordered after the cutoff, what happens to my order?

If you ordered after November 5th, your order will be added to the queue, but will not go past the "Processing" phase until we return.

Can I order even while you're away?

Yes, you can. Even with us being gone the ordering system should still be up. So feel free to order and secure a spot on the order queue for when we return.

Can I contact you while you're away?

No, we will be completely shut off from work during our vacation, so even though you can send us a message, we will not respond until we return.

When will you return?

We will officially be up and running again, November 24. So we will be gone a majority of November.
