What does this mean for ordering and your orders?

Read below.

Can I Still Order during this time frame?

Yes, you can order while our service is away and not processing orders. If you order during our away period we will add your order to the order queue upon our return (March 14) and start your order then. So please take the time frame of your order into account when ordering during our away period.

Can I reach out to you while you're away?

NO, not unless you have a order in the queue prior to our away period and have questions for that current order. You can reach out to us on our email: Stickerbirbs@gmail.com, or our contact page. Just know we will only be available to contact until MARCH 7, after that we will be fully unavailable to contact until we return, March 14.

What happens to my order made before your vacation time?

All orders made before our vacation time will be worked on up until March 7th. We are closing a week prior to our real vacation period so that we can complete as many orders as possible before we are officially away from our workspace.

Why are you closed for two weeks?

We are a small business, so when when we say "we", usually it is referring to "me". I am a one person run business, with the current uptick in sticker work I sadly cannot process orders too close to leaving out of town. So having the week open to work before leaving gives me time to properly work on your order and ship out before I leave. If an order is extremely large (400+), I cannot guarantee the order can be completed before leaving as large orders take a longer period to complete.  

I ordered a day after your vacation time began, could I still have it worked on?

No, once we are on our vacation period we are closed to all new sticker work until our return. So please order before March 1st.
